This morning's Wall Street Journal claims that a subsidiary of Citigroup was hacked by a Russian cyber gang which stole "tens of millions" of dollars, and that the incident is being investigated by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation ( FBI), National Security Agency ( NSA), along with the Department of Homeland Security ( DHS).
